| Job Details/Pay Scale | Vignyan Industries Ltd, manufacturers of high quality castings products is looking for high
performing, dynamic & achievement oriented professionals for its state-of-the-art Steel Cast
Foundry situated at Tarikere, Chickmagalur District, Karnataka to Head the Unit in the level of:
CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER
QUALIFICATION
The incumbent should be a Graduate in Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering from
recognized University/ Institution. Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Foundry Technology
or ME/ M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering will be preferred.
POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE
The candidate should have 25 years of post qualification experience. The experience should
be in the area of Foundry Technology and the candidate should have preferably worked in
a Foundry with 500 tonnes and above capacity as Head of the Unit or one position below
that level. The candidate should have proven capability in production of steel castings,
hands on experience in methoding, defect lamination, different moulding processes, recycling
and technology up-gradation of foundry etc. He also would be responsible for
improving the quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and maintenance of Foundry. |

| Minimum Qualification | The incumbent should be a Graduate in Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering from
