NABARD invites only ONLINE applications from eligible persons having necessary experience and qualifications to work as a Manager in its Corporate Communications Department, Head Office, Mumbai. The details are given below:

Position : Manager, Corporate Communications, will be initially engaged on contract for a period of three years and on the basis of performance evaluation will be considered for absorption in the Bank's “ Miscellaneous Service” after the contract period.

Location : Head Office, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduation Degree in Journalism/ Advertising / Public Relations from recognized University/Institution with minimum of 50% marks.

Preferred Age Group (Yrs) : not above 35 years as on 30 April 2012

Desired experience : Minimum 03 years experience in public relations. Preference will be given to journalists who have independently handled PR functions in Govt. / print media / electronic media and publication of house journals.

Job profile :

Liaising with media persons and other external agencies to project corporate image of NABARD

Designing, obtaining internal approvals and launching product and service campaigns through empanelled agencies.

Act as an enabling interface between the different levels and units inside the Bank and with external agencies.

Innovation of internal and external communication strategies.

Holding corporate events like seminars, exhibitions, thematic meets, road shows, in-house events, etc.

To handle the work for the in-house magazine independently. Other related aspects connected to promoting NABARD’s image in media.
