Applications are invited for the Post of a Junior Research Fellow under the supervision of Dr. Sujit Kumar Ghosh, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry under DBT funded Twinning Programme for the North-East for the Project entitled “Multifunctional Janus Nanoparticles for Cancer Imaging and Therapy” in collaboration with Dr. Mahuya Sengupta, Department of Biotechnology, Assam University, Silchar, Assam.
Duration of the Project: 3 years.
Essential qualification: M.Sc. or M. Tech. with at least 55% marks in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Nanotechnology.
Desirable: NET /GATE / BET /BINC qualified.
Age limit: Not more than 28 years as on 14th May, 2013.
Emoluments: Rs. 16,000/- per month + HRA for the first two years (for JRF) and Rs. 18,000/- per month + HRA (for SRF) for the 3rd year and applicable only if the candidate is NET /GATE / BET /BINC qualified; otherwise it shall be Rs/- 12,000/- + HRA only for the first two years (for JRF) and Rs. 14,000/-+ HRA for the 3rd year (for SRF).
